Part approval
Once approved as a supplier, the parts that you provide to Rotork will also need to be approved. Rotork needs a consistent and reliable supply of high quality parts and our suppliers need established relationships that will provide regular orders. Our part approval processes ensure sustainable business on both sides, with a healthy profit margin, reliable trade and sustainable supply chain.
Rotork’s Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) ensures that Rotork’s design and specification requirements are clearly understood by our suppliers. This process requires the supplier to demonstrate that all requirements for Rotork parts are clearly understood and that the supplier has the ability to consistently produce products and meet requirements during actual production.

- Dimensional capability analysis
- Performance testing
