The Board supports the aims of the Code and the UK Stewardship Code to promote engagement and interaction between listed companies and their major shareholders.
The Board welcomes the opportunity for investors and shareholders to engage directly with the Chair and Senior Independent Director and also with the Chief Executive Officer and Group Finance Director. Information on how the Board has engaged with its shareholders is set out on page 111 of the Annual Report and Accounts. A range of online and face-to-face investor relations events following the publication of the full-year and half-year results have been scheduled for 2024.
